Introduction:Employment

Policy on Equal Employment Opportunity/Non-discrimination: No person shall be subject to any discrimination in employment, hiring, salary, benefits, advancement, disciplines, termination or retirement, on the basis of gender, race, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, political opinion, or social or ethnic origin.

Policy on Forced Labour: Sun-Fly will not use forced labor, whether in the form of prison labor, indentured labor, bonded labor, or otherwise. No employee can be compelled to work through force, the threat of force, or intimidation of any form.

Policy on Child Labour: No person shall be employed at an age younger than 15.

Business Practices

Policy on Confidential or Proprietary Information: Not to sell or otherwise distribute the licensed items to any one other than licensee or otherwise commercially exploit them; Not to grant, or purport to grant, any right or license to use the Licensed Marks to any third party; Not to manufacture items after.
